Thunder is described as active. The desktop HUD can show it on F; use the prompt on your device. It charges before the stun and is described as affecting nearby foes. No stun radius, damage, or charge duration was published. A September 2026 card showed a 20-second cooldown. Recheck the live card before you plan repeats around that value.
