How to use these guides
The first-round guide is the overview. Combat guides cover the knockout, the carry, the escort, and stopping an enemy carrier. Jail guides cover breaking bars, rescuing from outside, and repairing your own cage. Loadout and economy guides are for the lobby between rounds. Historical numbers from September 2026 are labeled in the upgrade, coin, crate, and Thunder guides.
Which Kidnap And Jail guides are published?
Win Your First Round
Learn which jail is yours, then turn a knockout into a delivered prisoner before you chase the next fight.
Cover Every Step of a Capture
Hunter, carrier, escort, defender, and rescuer are jobs you hand off during a round, not classes you select in a menu.
Read the Round Display Before You Chase
Use the timer and captured counters to pick the next check, then confirm jail pressure on the map instead of treating a percentage as the result.
Choose a Late-Round Job You Can Finish
With little time left, finish a nearby delivery, hold prisoners you already have, or open a rescue you can support. Skip the chase that crosses the whole arena.
Rebuild the Team When You Are Outnumbered
Move toward allies, pick one reachable rescue or delivery, and do not plan on a comeback bonus that has not been shown.
Turn a Knockout into a Pickup
A downed opponent and a Carry prompt start collection. They do not put anyone in jail, and a fixed hit count is not the cue to stop.
Carry an Opponent Back to Jail
Pick up only after you know which base is yours, then walk a route an ally can cover and confirm the opponent actually enters the cage.
Escort a Carrier to Your Jail
Watch the path between your teammate and your jail, pressure only the opponents who threaten that walk, and hand the cage to a defender after the deposit.
Stop an Enemy Carrier Before Jail
Contest the route while your teammate is still being carried. Once they are inside the cage, switch to a rescue instead of chasing the old path.
Break Jail Bars from Inside
Focus one bar section, watch whether its health is actually falling, and leave through the opening before the defenders turn the exit into another capture.
Rescue Teammates from Outside the Cage
Approach with support, damage a bar the prisoners can also hit, and cover their first steps away from the enemy base.
Repair Your Jail and Hold Prisoners
Repair the section that is actually losing health, keep someone on rescuers, and treat Jail Lockdown as a pad to read rather than a win button.
Track Bodies Moved by Launcher
Launcher is a passive knockout effect that displaces the body. Find the landing spot and carry from there; the launch itself is not a jail credit.
Time Thunder and the Follow-Up
Thunder is an active ability that charges before it stuns nearby foes. Confirm it is selected and ready, then use it where a teammate can act on the opening.
Choose Jail HP, Bat Range, or Speed
Buy the team upgrade that matches a bottleneck you can see, and treat the September 2026 Tier 1 numbers as historical examples from the pad preview.
Tell Gold Coins from Green Cash
Gold and green cash are different balances. Read the reward label and the price icon before you spend, and treat the listed payouts as September 2026 examples.
Read a Bat Crate Before You Spend
Normal and Premium crates are separate offers. Use the confirmed reward panel, then check the Bats tab. A rarity label is not a damage stat.
Claim a Reward Wheel Spin
Use the free-spin-ready notice, read whether the option in front of you is free, and confirm the saved reward in the matching Inventory tab.
Check Abilities, Bats, and Auras
Open the tab that matches the reward, read the live card, and confirm the selection before the round. Owning an item is not the same as equipping it.
Cross the Lava Map with a Delivery in Mind
On the lava arena, raised bases connect by stepping stones. Choose the crossing and who covers the far end before you pick up an opponent.
